Effective 10/01/2009 Our Connecticut real estate licensing fees increased. Be prepared as Connecticut license renewal times are approaching, Brokers must renew by April 1, 2010, Salesperson license renews on June 1, 2010.
Here are the fee increases: Real Estate Broker Renwal: $375.00, Salesperson Renewal $285.00
