What's your opinion as to the reason for this? Early retirements, layofs, looking for self employment oportunities, being recruited by real estate brokerage houses? My opinion is probably a bit of all these reasons coupled with the fact that the real estate industry is poised for a great rebound, which it always does. Even political hands can't stop the greatest financial engine in this country, "Owning a piece of the rock."
